Style and fashion is a massive part of our culture. From technology to trainers and all that’s in-between. As a collective we are all individual but connected by a common ethos. So, when we discovered local skate brand Yellow we shifted our sorry arses and raised a brow or two.
The skate scene is huge but in our home town of Coventry it’s making massive noises. A relatively new community project has been campaigning for world-class street sports facilities and their progress is admirable. There’s stores like the Skate Hut and Kong which are delivering brands and products that are the envy of global retailers as well as new, indie start-ups which are off the scale.
One such is Yellow, a label we adore. It’s DIY ethos, street-level nature and honest goodness make us crave more. The labels latest drop has hit their online store (link below) and it’s identity is one that resonate strongly in our ranks.
Fair play Yellow and the team behind it. You’ve nailed it. Support our local creative communities and get behind these guys.
